I think a custom made exhaust, will be the best, for top performance.

it's possible yes, an MT exhaust on an MB needs some adjusting, but an MB exhaust on an MT chould fit easely (it could be that you have to modify the mounting bracket.)

I thought that you have a problem with the right footstep on your MT.
but I don't know if that's easy to fix. Maybe you can use the footsteps of a MB? That one has a bend on the right side so there is place for the exhaust.

Im gonna use a stockathena 125cc cylinder on my mt8.
Im wondering if it possible to use mb8 exhausts on it? Seems its easier to find fast exhausts for mb (proma gp, Gilardoni125cc, jamarcol etc.)
(I want top performance )
Other parts
Malossi 6 flaps reed
28 keihin
athena 125cc
My Tuner even recommends a Proma 80 for MT8 under a MB8 (only weld en grind it till it fits)
Proma 80 MT8 is almost the fastest exhaust available for Honda 80cc.
He doesn't have any experience with Gilardoni exhaust because they aren't sold here much in the Netherlands

an mb exhaust on a mt gives some trouble with the footpegs. I once had an mb proma on a mt, and I mounted it on the left side. That worked fine.

the problem is not the MT footsteps but the brake pedal. Not that it still matters for topic starter.
