Thanks, I must give you a small update! The postal service managed to loose the package (OMG) but they found it 1,5 weeks later and its on its way to me now. I will probably have it tommorow. Big update then

malossi also made a manifold that fits very nicely with your membrane.
here's a link of my old setup. in the middle you see the manifold.

i also use the 28mm pwk. have to agree with everyone: bad carb.
often the gasneedle is to big so its impossible to tune the carb.

and cr80 ignition is ok but is doesn't look like you saved money on parts etc. so why not take hpi I think its better.

It's like a Derbi. Put the old shocks and plastic back in, and you have a nice Honda MT.

Focus on your engine, not on your looks. Get it right by keeping it original.

If you want a Derbi (I cant imagine, but okay..), just buy a Derbi.

34mm dell'orto vhst (also flatside)? They use those to improve top end power on rs250's. very nice carb infact. Your project looks realy nice, good luck with it.

Finally in English XD
I can understand your point of view but modifying the parts to fit my MT is half the fun of the project. Also its undiscussable that the front forks and brakes are much better then the original. I dont like Derbi btw engine sucks etc.

Ye I have been looking at it, I need to save some money first though.

The stage 6 rt is not a normal PWK carb, its reworked and I have heard its good quality so I think it will be good till I get a bigger one.

I think I will go for HPI ignition

By to big you mean piston wearing or decrease in performance? It seems to be working fine so far, havent adjusted it jet because of rain.

edit:
If you mean the intake manifoild where you mount the carb: yes its to big Il have to make another one
