To give u an impression of my MT8 with a Malossi 110 cc cilinder:

The Malossi big bore kit is as far as I know fastest out of the box. A forum member here got 18.9 hp from an untuned Malossi on the dyno. I haven't seen any dyno results from people with a Parmakit or Eurocilindro/Athena

I scored 18.4 hp, it's also untuned.

@ Citta92, lees dit nog eens:

The only recent video I have was shot in the dark, it was just a testrun to check out if the clutch was working properly:

I'm going to make another video while i'm driving. But it depends on the weather when i'm going to make that video. I want to shoot it as soon as possible. I'll let you know!

You can email this guy. I know he has some movies of his old MB. They aren't online anymore but maybe he will email them to you.

- 6 kleps carbon malossi snel

-28mm vlakschuif OKO

-spruitstuk voor o.a. 28mm carb rubber mt/mb/mtx-ot malossi

-125cc athena Mb8/Mt8/Mtx-ot80

-Powerfilter twin air universeel

-Gilardoni uitlaat nsr mbx 125cc

-Race ontsteking binnenrotor HPI model 2006/2007

-Lichtspoel HPI met bevestiging

Is this setup good? Anything that I should change? Is the homoet exhaust better?

It's a very good setup, but I you can better take the 113cc malossi, he is faster.
125cc is only for your accelerate.
Homoet exhaust is better, but a home made exhaust is even better for almost the same prize.

Homoet even cost ¤110 and the home made ¤150.

Lichtspoel from hpi isn't good, you get no light or almost nothing.
You can take if you want light the orgineel onsteking.

I would do a few things differently:

The cilinder is a good cilinder, I don't have any expierence with it, but it should be a good cilinder.

The things that I would change on youre setup:

  • 28 mm PWK Keihin (original) or a 30 mm Mikuni, no imitation, for example OKO .
  • Also not an homoet exhaust, my MT8 didn't run good with that exhaust, the proma performed much better!

A special made exhaust is even better, but I don't know if there is a company in youre neighbourhood who can make such exhausts.

Homoet:

The quality of the movie is not so good, I made it with my mobile phone. There was also a strong wind today, as you can hear in the movie. But this movie should give a good impression of how a Malossi cilinder runs.

Today I made a better video, with less noise of the wind on the background. The quality of the movie is also a little bit better:
