hello, I want to know following fact about the malossi 6lip reed for Honda mt80 (110cc reed). What I want to know is:

Reed Block

Block Angle (deg):
Port Width (mm):
Corner radii (mm):
Port length (mm):
Stop Plate Radius (mm):

Uniform Section Reed Petal Type:
Width (mm)
Unclamped Lenght (mm):

I don't know for certain but..
are the sizes of a 4lips reed valve the same ?

maybe you can try contacting 50cc.nl and ask them if they can measure it for you,i believe that company is owned by swedish people,maybe thats an option??

do you need these measurement to fabricate you own reedblock? if so, maybe you could just buy one, they're not that expensive and could save you a lot of time and effort.

otherwise, search in the galleries and profiles for users running a 110cc malossi cil and ask them if they have a 6 valve reedblock, that's your best option I guess
