Hello, I am from sweden so i only speak English and Swedish, that my project here is English!
Here are some pictures.
Update 5 November
Today I have tuned my cylinder the exhaust port is now 70% Wide

The exhuast now:
Now the exhuast is soon done.
Now the head is done.
And my cr80 clutch!
I have also to change bearings some pictures from that also.
Some Tuningparts from mopshop!The exhaust port where really tiny, but soon i will change that!!=)
My homemade intake and silencer (the silencer aint done yet)

Now i have got my mtx80 engien.

what has been done at the cilinder? exhaust port bigger, higher? and did you do something at the transfers? do you have a portmap?

This guy didnt opent this topic for nothing ok ?
but a honda cr80 clutch does it fits properly into a MT8 engine ?
are you going to bring the cilinder to a profesional tuner or are you going to do it yourself ?
but what kind of colours do you have in mind ?
I can photoshop realy properly so if you want I can shop is for you
when the cilinder is done tuning can you show us a portmap ?

Thanks for all for your comments, but please try to write in english everybody would be funny to understand what you all says! I have made an really ugly seat by my self, funktion before form If i build own covers i maybe will paint then red, of maybe black green or gray, what do you guys think? the frame is going to be black and the rims white and the seat is allready that! Soon I will update agian, probably!

Sorry, i didnt saw your post, the durations is right now 196/128 i think the exhautports 196 where good. So i just wide it to 65% insted of 56%. And for port the transfeers ports I got to bad tools..Maybe i let a frind of myn do it, we will se.
Would be good with transfeer on like, 134 but i think 128 is good enougt for my exhuast thats made for 11000rpm.
Fs180, it took me a while but it wasent that big problem!

Speeder: I tune by my self, no problem. yes, the cr clutch is just buld on. Speeder, if you like you can make my bike with ns1 parts in green, milytary green and post the picture here! Sure i can post a portmap.

Fordescortracing, you can only buy malossi parts for scoots and for newer mopeds like am6 and derbi is sweden.
