I come from Sweden, where our mopeds only will go in 30 km/h if you want to be legal. how fast do they run in your country?

ir our country (netherlands) they are allowed to go 45 km/h but in the city youre only allowed to go 30. outside the city you may go 45

You are allowed to drive 40 km/h outside a city or town while your moped may not drive faster than 45 km/h.
