Mr. Walkinshaw,
You made a choice to go for H.H. Frentzen.
It is obvious you go for the money, but you will regret your choice during
the course of the races this season.
If you can't win with a Jordan you're lost in an Arrows. Frentzen just does
not have the balls, his background tells everything. He never had to fight
to become what he is today. He won't go to the edge for the simple fact
that he does not know what it is.
Enrique and Jos are almost born fighters. They are drivers you need and
I think you this a well.
Jos will find his way, and within 24 months he'll be driving for a great team.
And he will show you again he is a highly talented driver that can win races
and make big money for a team.
For the moment you delayed his career by holding him up till he could not
move someplace else. Eventually it will backfire on you.
