Jah volgens mij zit dat bestand standaard bij Windows als je het installeerd.

Maar als je het wist doet je windows het nog wel gewoon,want dat bestand staat bij mij in de directory 'command' en daar staat voornamelijk de dos shit die je niet nodig hebt.
