I would do a few things differently:

The cilinder is a good cilinder, I don't have any expierence with it, but it should be a good cilinder.

The things that I would change on youre setup:

28 mm PWK Keihin (original) or a 30 mm Mikuni, no imitation, for example OKO .
Also not an homoet exhaust, my MT8 didn't run good with that exhaust, the proma performed much better!

A special made exhaust is even better, but I don't know if there is a company in youre neighbourhood who can make such exhausts.
