I'm meaning making it more functional, more like the www.phpbuilder.com forums. Because there are a lot of new topics everyday it's important that you can find the information fast. So small letter type 10 or 8 and the tables less high.
Maybe add a new column for the date instead of putting it above the name. More like: Last reply by:

Dam is doesn't line up propperly...but you get the point I think.

I also got another idea, how about an instant messenger? I know it's difficult to make but it is possible.
Asps will produce some diffucties; mainly server overload because it's pull based not push. But with java it's not too hard to make.
